I recently traveled to a priest of balthazar [rewards] NPC and was browsing through the skills available for my class and I looked down and noiced at the bottom under eerything else in the window it said "Account Bonuses Remaining: 1 ..." I am not sure what this is for, anyone ever seen this?

Same thing happened to me...
My only guess is that it is saying you can still get the bonus storage pane...? (it is an account bonus)
other than that, I have no clue. I'm stumped. =/

No, With Proph Special edition ppl got card that gaved 1 elite skill and 3 normal skill and some weapon Upgrates, my guess is you have some of em still left.

Sounds like it since I do have that edition, but how do we 'redeem' it?

It is PvP only. So make a PvP character to collect the bonus from the Priest of Balthazar.

Sorry for double post, but I used my PvP character to chat to him, and it didn't open any other options than on a PvE character.

Anybody else know how to redeem this 'bonus'?

Try to unlock something. The bonuses are spent like Balth faction.

Yeah, I had some faction, unlocked some skills, used up faction.
Now I have 500 faction, and it just says I need 1000 faction for skills, etc.

Here is the info from Support which is all I can add. You might need to Ask A Question at http://help.ncsoft.com/

Every Special Edition box will have a special "Skill Pack Code" key that will unlock the following:

7 common skills
1 elite skill
1 rune
1 armor upgrade
(Please note that the special "Skill Pack Code" key will not provide your account with additional character slots.)

To get these items, you will need to do the following:

Launch the Guild Wars game client.
Click the Create Account or Add Access Key option on the login screen.
Click the Add the Access Key to an existing Guild Wars account checkbox.
Enter your account e-mail address and password, and click the Next> button.
Enter your new access key, and click the Next> button.
Click the Next> button to accept the addition of your access key.

Hmm, that's pretty weird.
I'll be honest, I wasn't aware that I would be getting skills, or upgrades, or anything at all.
I didn't receive a serial. I just seen this message in the picture posted by the OP.

Maybe i don't have that bonus after all? Does anyone else have the yellow message?
Bah, i'll try again and if i can't find a way i'll just leave it ^_^

Have you used the /bonus comand yet to recieve any GOTY or other weapons/items that might have been included? This only works in towns and can be repeated as often as you wish so don't worry about deleting any of the items.

Yeah I've tried that too, that just gives me the bonus weapons & Imp Summoner.

Nope, just tried it. It just mentions how I've already unlocked Factions, Nightfall, and Mini Asura special items.

Still have to be replied to by support.

I get it for runes, upgrades, and skills, but not for heroes.
Maybe because I have all heroes unlocked...?

I also checked my access keys on my account (by going to Edit Account, manage access keys), and nothing was any different than it was before.
